“Work-out so you can Out-Work” is a practical guide to making sure the dental life doesn’t run you over. Fitness is an integral part to overall wellness. There is no “easy” way. In fact, there isn’t even “the best” way. Starting with a broad overview of fitness, we can then dive deeper into several strategies that are sure to increase your chances of long term success. As the keystone, I will bring my decade of competitive coaching experience to the floor and we will learn and improve the foundational movement patterns of fitness.
